Our Process

THE JOURNAL

One Banana. A Different Kind of Story.

It begins with something simple: a ripe banana grown in Vietnam.

Instead of slicing it into chips, frying it, or transforming it into something unrecognizable, the fruit is kept whole and gently dried over several days.

The result is a completely different banana experience:

Soft. Chewy. Naturally sweet. Unmistakably real.

It Starts With Real Fruit

Our whole dried bananas begin with ripe fruit grown in Vietnam.

The idea is simple — do as little as necessary and allow the banana itself to remain at the center of the product.

No need to hide it behind complicated ingredients or turn it into another highly processed snack.

You can see the fruit.
You can taste the fruit.
And you know exactly what you're eating.

Four Days. One Simple Process.

Each banana is kept whole and gently dried over approximately four days using controlled low heat.

As moisture slowly leaves the fruit, its natural banana flavor becomes richer and its sweetness more concentrated.

The outside develops a denser bite while the inside remains pleasantly soft and chewy.

It's a slower process — and that's exactly what creates the experience.

No added sugar. No added oil. No unnecessary extras.

Just banana and time.

Not Your Typical Banana Chip

If you're used to thin, crunchy banana chips, whole dried banana may surprise you.

Because the fruit stays whole, the finished texture is:

Softer
Chewier
Denser
Richer in banana flavor

Instead of crunching and disappearing quickly, each bite feels substantial and satisfying.

It still feels like fruit — just in a completely different form.

Where Does the Sweetness Come From?

Nothing needs to be added to make the banana taste sweet.

Fresh bananas naturally contain sugars and water. During drying, much of that moisture gradually leaves while the fruit's natural sweetness remains.

That is why dried banana can taste richer and sweeter than fresh fruit.

The sweetness comes from the banana itself.

Why Every Banana Looks Different

Real fruit isn't perfectly uniform.

One banana may be slightly darker, softer, smaller, or sweeter than another.

Natural differences in shape, color, sweetness, and texture can occur between individual fruits and batches.

We don't see those differences as imperfections.

They're simply part of working with real fruit.

Made for Real Life

Fresh bananas are delicious — but they aren't always convenient.

They bruise in gym bags, ripen quickly, and aren't always practical when you're traveling or moving through a busy day.

Whole dried banana is easier to carry wherever life takes you.

Gym bag.
Desk drawer.
Backpack.
Lunchbox.
Road trip.
Family snack basket.

No peeling. No preparation. Just open and enjoy.

For Active Days & Family Moments

We wanted a snack that didn't belong to only one type of person.

For someone heading to the gym, it's an easy fruit-based snack to keep nearby.

For a busy family, it's something simple and naturally sweet to share at home or take on the go.

The appeal is the same in both cases:

real fruit, simple ingredients, and everyday convenience.

A Little Piece of Vietnam

Behind every pack is a journey that begins in Vietnam.

Fruit grown under a tropical climate is carefully prepared, slowly dried, and eventually carried far beyond where it began.

From Vietnam to a gym bag in California, a kitchen in Texas, or a family road trip somewhere across the country, every pack carries a small part of where the fruit came from.

That story matters to us.

Because food can be simple and still have a meaningful origin.

Less Done to the Fruit. More to Enjoy.

The more we learned about whole dried banana, the more we appreciated how much of its character comes from doing less.

Keep it whole.

Dry it slowly.

Don't add what isn't needed.

Let the fruit speak for itself.

Sometimes better food isn't about adding more ingredients.

Sometimes it's about knowing when to stop.

Whole Fruit. Slowly Dried. Simply Enjoyed.

From ripe banana in Vietnam to a soft, chewy bite, the entire process follows one simple idea:

Let real fruit remain real.

Naturally sweet.
Satisfyingly chewy.
Made for everyday life.
