We stand behind the products selected for the VAEREN collection.
VAEREN products are covered by a 12-Month Limited Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects, beginning from the date of delivery.
WHAT'S COVERED?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the normal function of your product, including qualifying issues with:

Construction or assembly

Stitching or seams
-
Buckles, clasps, zippers, or hardware

Functional mechanisms
-
Other defects present as a result of manufacturing
Coverage is determined after review by VAEREN Customer Care.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED?
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Scratches, scuffs, creases, fading, or other cosmetic wear from use

Damage caused by accidents, drops, misuse, or improper care

Damage caused by excessive moisture, heat, chemicals, or improper storage

Overloading, stretching, or use beyond the product's intended purpose

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Lost or stolen products
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If your claim qualifies under this warranty, depending on the circumstances and product availability, VAEREN may provide:

If the original product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or another appropriate solution.
